organic approach that is about you as an individual, and your unique loves and passions.

Adding value is about adding the ‘human touch’ and clearing out the “human clutter”. People buy ‘homes’ rather
than houses. This is why some people will brew coffee or bake bread on the day of an open house or inspection.
The smell of fresh coffee or a loaf of bread itself doesn’t add value, but the human act of making it and the warm
sensory experience does.

Wabi Sabi adds that indescribable, ethereal quality that many people can’t quite put their finger on. They may say
it just ‘feels’ right. This can add value in what agents call an ‘emotional buy’. Trying to define it is like grasping water
with your hands; the harder you try, the less successful you are. You must cup them, and raise the water slowly.
